Doitsu Kohaku |
 Doitsu koi refers to koi without scales. Doitsu koi have a thick leathery skin. They are popular mainly because of the very sharp lines that divide the color patterns on the fish. The edges are very defined (Kiwa) giving the koi an unique appearance. Here's a picture of a few of our Doitsu Kohaku.
