Ginrin Hi Utsuri |
Ginrin refers to fish with a specialized scale that sparkles or shimmers, giving the fish a jeweled appearance. Ginrin may result in different color varieties, and are named as such along with the variety name. Ginrin Hi Utsuri koi have a rich, orange-red color with black markings in a stepped pattern down the back. |

Ginrin Hi Utsuri Butterfly is an especially showy Koi. This Koi has long flowing fins and sparkling scales. It's not hard to see why they call Koi the "Jewels of The Orient". |

Ginrin Yamabuki Ogon. |
Ginrin Yamabuki Ogon is a unique Koi. Ogons are metallics meaning, along with having a specific body/head form, they have a shine to their head and thick, solid colored pectoral fins. Yamabuki Ogons are always yellow. Ginrin in this variety is a little more subtle, but it won't be long before a stunning line of Ginrin Yamabuki Ogons is created.
