Coneflowers As Cuts
Coneflowers make excellent cut flowers, lasting well over a week. The new colors in coneflowers are opening up enormous possibilities for the cut flower market.  Bird loving gardeners will want to let a few stems go to seed, and enjoy the birds feasting at the garden buffet.

Echinacea 'Coconut Lime'PPAF
Echinacea 'Coconut Lime' PPAF is a full, double flowering white coneflower with a lime green center surrounded by a bright white row of petls. This great addition to the already fantastic lineup of coneflowers has been well received.

Echinacea 'Pink Double Delight'PPAF
Echinacea 'Pink Double Delight' PPAF is very appropriately named. This delightful, double pink flowering coneflower only reaches 24" by 24". The full, pom-pom center is a rich, "bubble gum" pink color, and each flower center is surrounded by a row of standard size flower petals. This showy plant is great in the landscape and excellent as a cut flower.

Echinacea 'Razzmatazz'
Choose this variety to add some drama to the landscape. Echinacea 'Razzmatazz' is another fully double coneflower with a large, dense pom-pon center. The color is a truly eye-catching fuscia pink. Long sturdy stems maintain the tall upright growth habit and make this variety a perfect candidate for a cut flower bouquet.

Echinacea 'Summer Sky'PPAF
Echinacea 'Summer Sky' PPAF has large and fragrant 4" diameter blooms. The petals are a pretty peachy-pink color surrounding an orange cone, one of many new colors in coneflowers. This echinacea reaches 36" high and 24" wide. 'Summer Sky' PPAF is an excellent landscape plant and cut flower.

Echinacea 'Sundown'PPAF
Echinacea 'Sundown'PPAF displays eye-catching 4-5" diameter peachy, mango-colored flowers. The foliage has wide, puckered leaves. With a good branching habit, high bud count and 30" height makes this another great landscape plant.

Echinacea 'Sunrise' PPAF
Echinacea 'Sunrise' PPAF is a wonderful new coneflower 24" by 24", covered with vibrant 4" diameter flowers. The flowers start out yellow and fade to a creamy white. It flowers from June to frost if cut back. When planted in mass, the delicate, soft color of the faded white flowers create a nice balance with the fresh, yellow flowers.
