Clifford's Perennial and Vine, Inc. has a wide range of new introductions,in large part due to tissue culture (micro-propagation in a lab). Every year we trial new plants, the very best of which are given to laboratories to multiply. A new plant is literally cloned in the lab with unlimited numbers possible. Tissue culture is the fastest way to build up inventory of new plants. This is a complicated and expensive process requiring real expertise. This photo shows geranium 'Midnight Reiter'.
